Changing Joomla Logo in Rukh Milkyway Template
oh, I’ve been trying to do this since I don’t know…long time ago…The tutorial from Joomla didn’t work for me…I don’t know why…But this was what I did to make it succeed (-_-)’
1. Make logo and name it: logo.png or jpg
2. Upload your logo by entering Media Manager (Site/Media Manager).
If the logo is still not appeared…
3. Go to Template (manager).
4. Find the Rukh Milkyway; make it default first then go to edit.
5. Click Edit CSS
6. Choose template.css (or joomlatemplate.css)
7. Find div#logo
8. Change url path. In this CSS, it’s using ../images/logo.png…I change the .. into the long or complete version like http://…..
also, make sure the file name “logo.png” or whatever it is, is the same as that in images folder with this in CSS file
9. I also change the px size, too, so it can fit my logo/banner well. If not, it can be looked like it’s cut. It’s not automatically fit in. It can be checked by using Microsoft Paint: Image/Atribute.

Note:
It will be great if you also learn CSS code. Don’t have to be so thoroughly but knowledgable enough to edit or add things in the CSS file so the template can suit your preference better.
