I’m using a normal stove, not electrical stove in my hometown… i think i a little bit forgot about the heat it produces… Somehow, i heated the oil too hot so it made the onion and ingredients and all stuff i put in ‘burnt’, especially the onion… the aroma and the taste were like lost! [...]
