Trick for “My Cook Taste Is Weird”

I use small fire, heat the butter or oil. Just before they got really-really ‘cooked’, i put in the ingredients. The aroma will raise but I don’t let it raised on the wok. Before it’s cooked or overdone, I pour it on the vegetables or vice versa. I cook them as usual.

If it’s a stew/soup, I raised the fire/heat after the ingredient is pour on the soup/stew water. So, the aroma will continue raising in there (in the stew pan), not while in the wok. Then, after a while, I heat down the fire/heat. Well, I don’t want the whole water to evaporate, do I? (^_^)’ .

I played with fire/heat when cooking today. I love the taste. oh, soooo yummmmyyyyy…
